ESTUDIO DE DESARROLLO DE UN PUERTO SECO. PUERTO SECO DE LINARES

Abstract

[ES] La volatilidad de los mercados de producción hacia el este, ha hecho que el sector logístico sea clave para la correcta canalización de esos bienes por los sistemas de transporte de un país. La intermodalidad ente los distintos medios de transporte es necesaria, para la óptima transición de esos bienes entre su territorio, con unas infraestructuras acordes a nuestras necesidades. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en estudiar si la planificación y el desarrollo de ciertas infraestructuras de transporte, como los puertos secos, son necesarias a la hora de realizar la distribución de esos flujos de transporte; o simplemente obedecen a una planificación exagerada y alejada de la realidad de nuestros políticos. El estudio lo realizaremos en el planificado puerto seco de Linares, como enclave logístico de importancia entre Andalucía, el centro peninsular y el levante español a su paso por Albacete.

[EN] The volatility of the production markets to the east, makes the logistic sector a key factor for the management of the logistics of those godos through the transportation system of a country. Combination between the diferents transportation systems is needed, for optimizing the flow of godos with in a territory, with the neccesary infrastructures in accordance with our needs. The goal of this work is to study whether the planning and development of certain transport infrastructure, such as dry ports, are necessary when making the distribution of these transport flow, or simply due to anexaggerated planning that could fall away from there ality. The study will be done in the dryport planned of Linares, a logistical hub between Andalusia, the Spanish peninsular center and Levante area.
