nuestros asociados no puedan solventar.
intereses de los/as empresarios/as, autónomos/as y trabajadores/as del sector.
(EN)In the midst of the technological transformation forced in part by Covid, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector is taking on a greater role, being the central axis for the survival of traditional companies. This complex sector, which remains in constant change, is governed by outdated measures and laws. Companies and self-employed individuals in this sector face a set of problems that they are unable to solve individually, such as: collective agreements that do not fit the new ICT labor order, training stuck in old models, population ignorance about the digitization process and aid, new work models and how to approach them, lack of ability to attract new talent and retain it, among others. The creation of the technological employer's organization aims to respond to all the obstacles that our members cannot solve. It is for this reason that our province of Jaen needs an entity that brings together all technology developers and integrators to defend the interests of entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and workers of this sector.
