Resumen
[ES]El objetivo de este trabajo es el lanzamiento al mercado de un nuevo sistema de gestión del inventario para la actividad comercial. Para poder llevar a cabo el diseño del producto, se ha utilizado un método actual para el lanzamiento de nuevos productos al mercado: Design Thinking. Este procedimiento se basa en el estudio pormenorizado de la necesidad y el comportamiento del consumidor. Así se han realizado entrevistas en profundidad a directivos de área de dos de las principales cadenas de distribución en España: DIA y Carrefour. En base a los resultados obtenidos, se diseña el sistema y se procede a testar entre trabajadores en el ámbito de la gestión de inventarios, concluyendo una buena aceptación del producto, aunque con la necesidad de realizar algunas mejores.
[EN]The objective of this project is the launching to the market of a new inventory management system for commercial activity. In order to carry out the design of the product, a current method has been used to launch new products to the market: Design Thinking. This procedure is based on the detailed study of consumer need and behavior. Thus, in-depth interviews have been conducted with area managers of two of the main distribution chains in Spain: DIA and Carrefour. Based on the results obtained, the system is designed and tested among some workers in the ambit of inventory management, it concluding a good acceptance of the product, although with the need to perform some improvements.
