(ES)El Instituto Municipal de Empleo y Formación Empresarial (IMEFE) de la Ciudad de Jaén ha desempeñado
un papel crucial en impulsar el desarrollo local, fomentar el espíritu emprendedor, y fortalecer la resiliencia
económica de la ciudad. En un contexto marcado por la crisis sanitaria COVID-19, esta institución ha tenido
que replantear sus estrategias y programas para hacer frente a una realidad socioeconómica
profundamente transformada. Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) se enfoca en analizar y describir
cómo, las nuevas estrategias, los nuevos programas de formación, empleo, y la adaptación de programas
existentes para satisfacer las demandas del mercado laboral adoptadas por el IMEFE en respuesta a la
crisis y en la transición hacia la nueva normalidad, se alinean con las teorías del desarrollo territorial y las
dinámicas tecnoeconómicas transformando una crisis en una oportunidad.
(EN)The Municipal Institute for Employment and Entrepreneurial Training (IMEFE) of the City of Jaén has played a crucial role in boosting local development, fostering entrepreneurship, and strengthening the city's economic resilience. In a context marked by the COVID-19 health crisis, this institution has had to rethink its strategies and programs to cope with a profoundly transformed socioeconomic reality. This Master's Thesis (TFM) focuses on analyzing and describing how new strategies, new training and employment programs, and the adaptation of existing programs to meet the demands of the labor market adopted by IMEFE in response to the crisis and in the transition to the new normal, align with theories of territorial development and techno-economic dynamics transforming a crisis into an opportunity.
