Autoempleo y Nuevas Formas de trabajo en España

Abstract

En este Trabajo Fin de Grado intento acercar de una forma sencilla el concepto de autoempleo junto con sus características, ventajas y desventajas. También he analizado su evolución e implantación en nuestro país y como se prevé su situación en un futuro. Intento dar a conocer de una forma clara y con un lenguaje sencillo diferentes formas de trabajo que existen actualmente y que en nuestro país no son muy conocidas a día de hoy. Por otro lado, he analizado como la tecnología ha afectado en diferentes aspectos al trabajo y ha modificado y condicionado la forma de trabajar, pretendiendo que cualquier sujeto que desee conocer algunos de los conceptos sobre este tema lo pueda hacer de una manera más accesible. In this Dissertation, I try to approach, as detailed as possible, the concept of self-employment and its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. I have also analysed its evolution and implementation in our country and how it will be expected in the future. I try to make known clearly and straightforward using a simple vocabulary for a better understanding, all different forms of work that currently exist but they are not well known yet in our country. On the other hand, I have analysed how technology has affected some forms of work and has modified and conditioned the way we work nowadays, pretending that any subject who wants to know some of the concepts on this subject can do it in a more accessible way.
