Resumen
El presente trabajo de Fin de Máster tiene como objetivo comprobar el impacto del aceite de oliva en los jóvenes. La industria oleícola ha experimentado varios cambios, una de estas transformaciones será el objetivo de este trabajo fin de master. El mercado del aceite de oliva en los jóvenes se ha visto reducido en los últimos años por la subida del precio, también acompañada de la delicada situación económica que viven los jóvenes independizados. Para contribuir a la investigación hemos realizado un estudio para conocer estos motivos de la bajada en la demanda de producto y que grasas utilizan para cocinar en su vida diaria. Realizando esta investigación he podido conocer la desinformación que muchos adolescentes tienen sobre este producto típico de la dieta mediterránea, no conocen sus características y tampoco sus beneficios para la salud. Por ello también este trabajo se basa en el marketing para atraer a este sector de la población y que conozcan los múltiples beneficios del “oro líquido” e introducir este producto en la comunicación
digital.
The objective of this Master's Thesis is to verify the impact of olive oil on young people. The olive industry has experienced several changes, one of these transformations will be the objective of this master's thesis. The olive oil market among young people has been reduced in recent years due to the rise in price, also accompanied by the delicate economic situation experienced by independent young people. To contribute to the research, we have carried out a study to find out these reasons for the drop in product demand and what fats they use for cooking in their daily lives. By carrying out this research I have been able to learn about the misinformation that many adolescents have about this typical product of the Mediterranean diet; they do not know its characteristics or its health benefits. For this reason, this work is also based on marketing to attract this sector of the population so that they know the multiple benefits of “oro líquido” and introduce this product in digital communication.
