Resumen
[ES] Desde el punto de vista estrictamente mercantil, la empresa familiar es aquella que
tiene las mismas características que cualquier otra empresa, sin embargo, hay un
factor muy importante que las diferencia, y es su nexo de unión con la familia, de
tal manera que empresa y familia están estrechamente interrelacionados. Esto hace
que estas Empresa Familiares tengan unas características propias, unos puntos
débiles y unas fortalezas. Además deberían establecer un plan de sucesión para así
asegurar su continuidad generacional en el tiempo. Este trabajo lo analizaré tanto de
un punto de vista teórico como por un punto de vista práctico, aplicando todo ello a
las EM de Beas de Segura, detallando unas conclusiones finales.
[EN] From a strictly comercial view, the family business is one that has the same characteristics as any other Company, however, there is a very important factor as a difference , and it is the link the family, so that Company and family are closely interrelated.This makes that these family business have their own characteristics, some weaknesses and some strengths. Furthermore, they should also establish a succession plan to ensure its generational continuity in time. I will analyse this work both a theoretical point of view as from a practical point of view, applying all to the family businesses of Beas de Segura, delailing final conclusions.
