Abstract

(ES)Este TFM trata sobre la creación de una empresa de distribución que importe productos de China, su contenido es explorar los factores que se deben considerar y los planes que se deben realizar al iniciar una empresa, discutiendo en términos de estrategia, marketing, operación, recursos humanos, gestión de recursos y economía, y se pronostica el desarrollo futuro de la empresa.
