Propiedades químicas y reactividad de moléculas presentes en el medio interestelar aplicando técnicas de modelización molecular

Abstract

[ES] En este estudio se han analizado dos hidrocarburos policíclicos aromáticos, el benzo[a]antraceno y el benzo[b]antraceno, además de sus respectivos cationes. Para ello se han utilizado los programas Gaussian 16W y Gaussview. Se ha decido trabajar con tres funcionales (B3LYP, M06-2X y ⍵B97X-D) y dos bases distintas (6-31G* y 6-311G*). Las moléculas de estudio han sido optimizadas con el objetivo de obtener diferentes datos estructurales. Además, a estas mismas moléculas, se les ha realizado un estudio electrónico y estructural basado en el método NBO y en las estructuras de Lewis. Por último, se han generado espectros infrarrojos de las moléculas con su posterior análisis.[EN] In this research, two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzo[a]anthracene and benzo[b]anthracene, have been analyzed, in addition to their respective cations. For this, the Gaussian 16W and Gaussview programs have been used. It has been decided to work with three functionals (B3LYP, M06-2X and ⍵B97X-D) and two different bases (6-31G* and 6-311G*). The analyzed molecules have been optimized with the aim of obtaining different structural data. Furthermore, an electronic and structural study based on the NBO method and Lewis structures has been carried out on these same molecules. Finally, infrared spectra of the molecules have been generated with their subsequent analysis.
