El teletrabajo como un interesante modelo de trabajo en la empresa privada.

Abstract

El Trabajo está realizado con la misión de explicar qué es el Teletrabajo y cómo esta nueva forma de empleo ha aparecido en nuestro día a día. De hecho, he realizado un estudio en profundidad acerca del marco teórico y legislativo del teletrabajo con el fin de analizar si es o no una forma de trabajo utilizado en las empresas de manera usual. A este respecto, actualmente hemos podido observar que el teletrabajo cada vez está más presente en las empresas. En definitiva, en este TFG se pretende explicar qué es el teletrabajo, los derechos y deberes que se deben cumplir, cómo compaginar el hecho de no estar físicamente en tu puesto, pero poder realizar tu trabajo correctamente, especificando aquellos aspectos positivos y negativos, así como plantear propuestas de mejora sobre el mismo.

The Work is carried out with the mission of explaining what Telework is and how this new form of employment has appeared in our day to day. In fact, I have carried out an in-depth study about the theoretical and legislative framework of telework in order to analyze whether or not it is a form of work used in companies in a usual way. In this regard, we have now been able to observe that teleworking is increasingly present in companies.

In short, this TFG aims to explain what teleworking is, the rights and duties that must be fulfilled, how to reconcile the fact of not being physically in your position, but being able to carry out your work correctly, specifying those positive and negative aspects, as well how to propose improvement proposals on it.
