Intervenciones psicológicas que mejoran el bienestar psicológico en adolescentes con cáncer: una revisión sistemática.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es realizar una revisión sistemática de las distintas intervenciones
psicológicas que mejoran el bienestar psicológico en adolescentes con cáncer. Los estudios
incluidos y seleccionados para esta revisión son doce, recuperados desde el 2000 hasta el 2021.
Las intervenciones psicológicas seleccionadas son: intervención basada en la realidad virtual,
arteterapia, mindfulness, intervención psicoeducativa y psicosocial. Los resultados, en general,
muestran una mejora del bienestar psicológico del adolescente, ya sea de manera directa o
indirecta, reducción del estrés, ansiedad, una mejor regulación de las emociones y adaptación al
tratamiento. Es necesario tomar conciencia de la importancia de estas intervenciones
psicológicas adaptadas a la etapa de la adolescencia, una etapa de especial relevancia ya que
depende de esta el cómo afronten y se preparen para la vida adulta.
The objective of this work is to carry out a systematic review of the different psychological interventions that improve psychological well-being in adolescents with cancer. It is necessary to be aware of the importance of these psychological interventions adapted to the stage of adolescence, a stage of special relevance since it depends on this how they face and prepare for adult life.
