“Un perdón a tiempo” Programa de intervención para disminuir los conflictos escolares trabajando la fortaleza del perdón.

[ES] Este trabajo se centra en la elaboración de un programa de intervención, basado en la fortaleza
del perdón para disminuir el acoso escolar y mejorar el clima de aula en alumnos/as de 5º de Educación
Primaria. El programa consta de una revisión en profundidad del acoso escolar y el perdón como solución ante esta problemática. Son 14 sesiones las que forman este programa, en las cuales se trabajarán el hecho de perdonar ante el acoso escolar de una forma secuencial siguiendo el modelo de Worthington. Se pretende conseguir una disminución en las conductas negativas que afectan al alumnado trabajando el perdón, con el fin de que sean capaces de disminuir los casos de acoso escolar, también se pretende que, ante algún problema o un conflicto el alumnado sea capaz de subsanar el problema sin la necesidad de utilizar la violencia como solución, tratando de crear un ambiente de trabajo agradable.
[EN] This work focuses on developing an intervention program, based on the strength of forgiveness to reduce bullying and improve the classroom climate in 5th Grade students. The program consists of an in-depth review of bullying and forgiveness as a solution to this problem. There are 14 sessions that make up this program, in which the fact of forgiving against bullying will be worked on sequentially following the Worthington model. It is intended to achieve a decrease in negative behaviors that affect students by working forgiveness, so that they are able to reduce cases of bullying, it is also intended that, in the face of some problem or conflict, students will be able to solve the problem without the need to use violence as a solution, trying to create a pleasant work environment.
