LA CARA OCULTA DE LA ESQUIZOFRENIA. FACTORES EN EL PROCESO DE RECUPERACIÓN.

Abstract

A nivel general este trabajo consiste en una revisión sistemática de la literatura acerca de la esquizofrenia. Con la revisión tratamos de identificar cuales son los factores que pueden influir en una recuperación tras un primer brote psicótico. Reduciendo el abanico de búsqueda, acerca de las mejores técnicas o tratamientos que se emplean para garantizar una mejor recuperación. A continuación hay diversas investigaciones que han estudiado esta enfermedad de cerca y hay diversos factores que influyen en la recuperación como la reinserción laboral, contextos familiares, cognición de la enfermedad, entre ellos, por lo que los hemos clasificado y descrito basándonos en estudios anteriores hasta llegar una orientación de actuación frente a la enfermedad.

In general this work is a systematic review of the literature about schizophrenia recovery outcomes. In this review we identify what factors influence recovery after an individuals first psychotic break. In order to maximize the efficacy of this review we focused on studies of the best techniques and treatments used to ensure a better recovery. There are several studies that have investigated this disease closely and there are various factors that influence recovery, such as reintegration into the workplace, family contexts, and knowledge about the disease among family members. These recovery techniques we have described in this review have been based on previous studies that have served to reach a plan of action against the disease.
