MODELADO ARQUITECTÓNICO Y ANÁLISIS TÉCNICO ENERGÉTICO PARA EL ESTUDIO DE MEJORA DE LA CERTIFICACIÓN ENERGÉTICA DEL EDIFICIO B3 DEL CAMPUS UNIVERSITARIO DE JAÉN (UJAEN)

Abstract

El Trabajo de Fin de Grado consiste en el estudio técnico energético del edificio B3 del campus de la Universidad de Jaén, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia energética y reducir las emisiones de dióxido de carbono. Mediante el software Tekton3D, se ha realizado el modelado y cálculo de la envolvente térmica, la iluminación y los sistemas de climatización actuales del edificio. Mediante el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, se han identificado una serie de mejoras energéticas que han sido evaluadas según su impacto en el ahorro energético, la disminución de emisiones y la viabilidad técnico económica.

This work consists of a technical energy study of the B3 building on the University of Jaén campus, aiming to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Using Tekton3D software, the current thermal envelope, lighting, and HVAC systems of the building were modelled and calculated. By analysing the obtained results, several energy improvements were identified and evaluated based on their impact on energy savings, emissions reduction, and technical-economic viability.
