MATERNIDAD SUBROGADA ¿UNA TÉCNICA MÁS PARA LA REPRODUCCIÓN?

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) sirve para investigar sobre el debate existente en torno a la maternidad subrogada. En la actualidad hay colectivos de personas que están a favor considerándola como un avance en el campo de la reproducción enfrentando así la imposibilidad de concesión de hijos de modo natural mientras que otros están en contra considerándola como una nueva forma de explotación de la mujer. Por tanto, se pretende realizar una revisión bibliográfica acerca de las diferentes posturas sobre el tema así como reflexionar sobre los elementos ideológicos que la sustentan intentando plantear algunos aspectos éticos de la misma, fundamentalmente en relación a la capacidad o no real de la elección de las mujeres que se ofrecen como gestantes.

The present end of degree project (TFG) serves to investigate the existing debate about surrogate motherhood. At present there are groups of people who are in favor of considering it as an advance in the field of reproduction thus facing the impossibility of obtaining a child in the same way that others are in consideration of a new form of exploitation of women. Therefore, a bibliographic review can be made about the different positions on the subject as well as reflecting on the ideological elements that sustain the intention to plant some ethical aspects of it, fundamentally in relation to the ability or not real of the choice of Women who offer themselves as pregnant women.
