Resumen
[ES] Lograr unos cuidados de calidad y una continuidad de éstos es importante para el/la paciente con enfermedad renal crónica, y para ello, es necesario la implicación de todo el equipo multidisciplinar (enfermería, medicina, trabajo social, psicología...). Es en este sentido que, para llegar a este objetivo se necesita conocer bien las percepciones y experiencias del usuario. Durante la pandemia Covid-19, los servicios de nefrología y sus pacientes, han sufrido cambios muy drásticos en sus tratamientos, en
concreto aquellos en hemodiálisis. Por ello, es importante profundizar en este aspecto y estar al tanto de sus necesidades y vivencias durante esta situación excepcional, además de poder proporcionar los apoyos necesarios para superar las nuevas dificultades.
[EN] Achieving quality care and continuity of care is important for the patient with chronic kidney disease, and this requires the involvement of the entire multidisciplinary team (nursing, medicine, social work, psychology, etc.). It is in this sense that, in order to reach this objective, it is necessary to have a good knowledge of the user's perceptions and experiences. During the Covid-19 pandemic, nephrology services and their patients have undergone very drastic changes in their treatments, particularly those on hemodialysis. Therefore, it is important to go deeper into this aspect and to be aware of their needs and experiences during this exceptional situation, as well as to be able to provide the necessary support to overcome the new difficulties.
