Apoyo a la Empresa Familiar, comparación: España- Ecuador

Abstract

[ES] La Empresa Familiar hoy en día tiene una gran importancia debido a su aportación a la economía mundial, es una gran generadora de empleo y ha sido una gran superviviente a pesar de la crisis por la que hemos atravesado. Yo nací en Ecuador y vivo en España, dada la importancia de este tipo de empresa he decidido investigar el tipo de apoyo que reciben las familias empresarias en ambos países, ya sea por el gobierno o por otro tipo de instituciones. En comparación, España es un país más desarrollado y existe una red muy bien comunicada que brinda apoyo y asesoramiento a las empresas familiares españolas. El caso contrario que Ecuador donde también se puede apreciar su gran importancia pero mediante este trabajo se puede concluir que no existen los medios necesarios para poder llegar al nivel español en cuanto a apoyo a estas empresas familiares se refiere.

[EN] The Family Business today is of great importance because of its contribution to the world economy, it is a great generator of employment and has been a great survivor despite the crisis that we have been through. I was born in Ecuador and live in Spain, given the importance of this type of company, I decided to investigate the type of support that the business families receive in both countries, either by the government or by other types of institutions. By comparison, Spain is a more developed country and there is a well-communicated network that provides support and advice to Spanish family businesses. The opposite case that Ecuador can also appreciate its great importance but through this work it can be concluded that there is no means to reach the Spanish level in terms of support for these family businesses
