PROGRAMA DE ORIENTACIÓN E INTERVENCIÓN PSICOPEDAGÓGICA : EL TRÁNSITO EDUCATIVO DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA A EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA OBLIGATORIA

Resumen
[ES] Partiendo del entorno social del barrio de Cartuja y atendiendo a las necesidades de la
orientación, se ha elaborado y confeccionado un programa de orientación e
intervención basándose en el modelo de servicios por programas. La cuestión que se
ha priorizado ha sido la orientación en el tránsito del alumnado de 6º de Primaria a 1º
de ESO, siendo esta una temática que se necesita trabajar desde la orientación
educativa. En este Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica, se ha
apostado y puesto en valor el trabajo en equipo tanto de los profesionales educativos
como la labor de las familias y el propio alumnado.
Basándose en los principios que caracterizan el proceso de la Orientación Educativa, se
ha llevado a cabo este programa de prevención, de desarrollo y de intervención social,
trabajándose desde todos los ámbitos de la orientación: orientación vocacional y
profesional, atención a la diversidad y acción tutorial. La finalidad es dar respuesta a
las necesidades que genera el alumnado.
[EN] Throughout this work a guidance and intervention programme has been designed and drawn up following the model of services by programmes, based on the social environment of the Cartuja neighbourhood and in response to the needs of guidance. The issue analysed is guidance in the transition of pupils from 6th year of Primary Education to 1st year of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), which is an issue that needs to be worked on through educational guidance. In this Psychopedagogical Guidance and Intervention Programme, the teamwork of both the educational professionals and the work of the families and the students themselves has been emphasised. Based on the principles that characterise the process of Educational Guidance, this programme of prevention, development and social intervention has been carried out, working from all areas of guidance: vocational and professional guidance, diversity awareness and tutoring. This piece of work aims to meet the needs generated by the pupils.
