Resumen
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado, pretende acercar al alumnado de 5 años de Educación Infantil a
las emociones de alegría y enfado a través de la música. Es fundamental incluir la educación
emocional en el aula para que el alumnado aprenda a regular sus emociones y a construir
relaciones sociables saludables y la música es un recurso excelente para conseguirlo, ya que
favorece la expresión y la compresión de los sentimientos propios y ajenos. Por tanto, el objetivo
principal de este trabajo es diseñar una Propuesta Didáctica con la que se trabajen las emociones
de alegría y enfado a través de la música. Para conseguir dicho objetivo, ha sido necesario indagar
sobre métodos y actividades que utilicen la música como una herramienta para el desarrollo
emocional de la etapa que nos atañe.
This End of Degree Project aims to bring the 5-year-old students of Early Childhood Education closer to the emotions of Joy and anger through music. It is essential to include emotional education in the classroom so that students learn to regulate their emotions and build healthy social relation ships, and music is an excellent resource to achieve this, since it favors the expression and understanding of their own and others' feelings. To achieve this objective, it has been necessary to inquire about methods and activities that use music as a tool for the emotional development of the stage that concerns us.
