Resumen
Este trabajo irá enfocado en la elaboración de un análisis de la
alianza entre las empresas Amazon Spain services, S.L. y Dia
Retail España S.A. (Supermercados DIA), con el objetivo de
estudiar su efecto en el mercado y la posible reacción de sus
competidores.
Todo realizando un análisis previo, con diferentes puntos
fundamentales, como el estudio de la evolución experimentada
por el sector de la distribución comercial en España durante las
últimas décadas, y seguido, de los principales protagonistas del
mercado hoy en día y describiendo el impacto que ha tenido el
Covid-19.
This project will focus on the development of an analysis of the alliance between the companies Amazon Spain services, S.L. and Dia Retail España S.A. (DIA Supermarkets), in order to study its effect on the market and the possible reaction of its competitors. All carrying out a preliminary analysis, with different fundamental points, such as the study of the evolution experienced by the commercial distribution sector in Spain during the last decades, and followed by the main players in the market today and describing the impact that has had the Covid-19.
