This statistical study has sought to ascertain the opinion of farmers who benefit from the Common Agricultural Policy. To this end, a detailed report on the problems of the olive oil market was first carried out, and then the study focused on the CAP. Through the search for information on this subject, a series of hypotheses were put forward, which were later confirmed or disproved by means of their argumentation. To this end, more than ten questions were formulated and answered by the sample population chosen by the researcher, applying snowball sampling. After collecting the data revealed by the survey, the information has been worked on to end with conclusions drawn both from the documentation explained and from the results of the farmers' opinions.
