Resumen
La relación entre la actividad física y las emociones ha sido motivo de estudio en los últimos años. En el presente trabajo se llevó a cabo una síntesis de estudios recientes que analizan el papel de las emociones en el ámbito escolar. También se pretendió conocer la influencia existente entre la actividad física y las emociones en alumnos de 6º de Educación Primaria. Seguidamente se presentó una investigación educativa, formada por un estudio longitudinal y una intervención didáctica. Los principales resultados indicaban que el 47,5% de los alumnos/as se manifestaban bastante competitivos ante una situación deportiva llegando incluso a generar emociones negativas en estos. La Unidad Didáctica contiene cinco sesiones que no podrán ser trabajadas en el centro educativo debido al cierre temporal de éste. Por último, tras poner en práctica las supuestas sesiones, los alumnos/as se enfrentarán al mismo cuestionario de manera hipotética y podremos observar los posibles cambios obtenidos en las respuestas. Como conclusión los resultados mostrarán que las emociones tienen una gran relación con la actividad física y están muy presentes en ella.

The Didactic Unit contain five sessions that cannot be worked on in the educational centre due to its temporary closure. Finally, after putting the supposed sessions into practice, the students will face the same questionnaire in a hypothetical way and we will be able to observe the possible changes obtained in the answers. As a conclusion, the results will show that emotions have a great relation with physical activity and are very present in it.
