PLAN DE EMPRESA: NATUROCIO, ACTIVIDADES EDUCATIVAS DE OCIO, EN PLENA NATURALEZA.

Abstract

[ES]En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster se pretende crear un negocio que ofrezca actividades educativas y de ocio, en plena naturaleza a jóvenes y niños principalmente. Parra lograrlo, aprovecharemos las numerosas oportunidades que nos brinda la zona, como son entre otras la gran diversidad natural que rodea el municipio, así como la escasa competencia de empresas que ofrecen servicios similares en la zona. Comenzaremos explicando en qué consiste exactamente el negocio que se pretende crear y el grupo de personas que está dispuesto a crearlo. A continuación analizaremos el sector en el que se encontraría ubicada la actividad de nuestro negocio, así como el entorno. También se analizara el plan de Marketing de nuestra empresa, así como el plan de operaciones, entre otros puntos importantes. Además, se estudiara si nuestro proyecto es viable o no, y para ello se realizara un plan financiero y unas conclusiones finales a las que se ha llegado tras este estudio. [EN]In the present Master's Thesis, the aim is to create a business that offers educational and leisure activities, mainly in the nature of young people and children. To achieve this, we will take advantage of the numerous opportunities that the area offers, such as the great natural diversity that surrounds the municipality, as well as the limited competition from companies that offer similar services in the area. We will start by explaining exactly what the business that we are trying to create consists of and the group of people that are willing to create it. Next we will analyze the sector in which the activity of our business would be located, as well as the environment. We will also analyze the marketing plan of our company, as well as the operations plan, among other important points. In addition, it will be studied if our project is viable or not, and for this a financial plan and some final conclusions will be made which have been reached after this study.
