Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo trata de desarrollar un programa basado en Mindfulness -el cual ha reportado
grandes resultados en el tratamiento de los trastornos alimentarios- para, a través de la concienciación y
entrenamiento de la atención plena con los padres, madres y/o tutores legales, conseguir prevenir el
sobrepeso y la obesidad en la población infanto-juvenil. Los participantes a los que va dirigido el programa son los cuidadores del alumnado de los centros de primaria de la provincia de Jaén. El programa consta de 11 sesiones. Como técnicas se integran pautas y elementos del programa MB-EAT (Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training) desarrollado por Kristeller y Hallet (1999) junto a la aceptación, la exposición y la inhibición de respuesta, presentes en la práctica del Mindfulness. Para la evaluación del programa se utilizará el FFMQ (Five Facet Mindfulness Questionarie), la escala YFAS (Yale Food Adicction Scale) y la Escala de Estrés Percibido (EEP).
[EN] This Project is about developing a program based on Mindfulness, which has reported remarkable results regarding eating disorders, to prevent child and youth overweight and obesity through parent or legal guardian education and training.
