This project consists of the realization, using a game engine and a video game design techniques call "serious game", a fracture reduction simulator. Reduction of a bone fracture consists of joining the different fragments in their correct positions to immobilize the fracture. This is similar to solving a 3D puzzle with the fragments of an bone . Starting from a correct solution to this reduction, the simulator allows the user to move and orient the different fragments to be able to reconstruct the bone as a game. The system gives a score to the user according to the result obtained, comparing with the correct solution provided. The ultimate goal is to provide an improvement or training system
