IMPACTO DE LA CUALIFICACIÓN O PROFESIONALIZACIÓN DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE LAS EMPRESAS DEL SECTOR DEL OLIVAR EN EL GRADO DE INNOVACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA DE SUS PROCESOS PRODUCTIVOS

Abstract

[ES] A través del presente trabajo se pretende estudiar el impacto y relación de la cualificación profesional de las personas a cargo de la dirección de las empresas oleícolas y el grado de innovación de sus procesos productivos. Para lograr este propósito, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre las diversas definiciones y teorías sobre innovación, así como su relación con la formación o cualificación profesional. Dicha revisión bibliográfica está acompañada, a su vez, de un estudio empírico cuantitativo que consiste en la realización de una encuesta dirigida a diversas empresas que forman parte del sector oleícola para observar resultados relacionados con comportamientos como la competitividad, productividad y la actividad exportadora de las empresas, encontrando una relación positiva entre éstos y los niveles de innovación empresarial.[EN] The aim of this paper is to study the impact and the relation between the professional qualifications of the managers of companies belonging to the olive oil sector, and the degree of innovation of their production processes. To achieve this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out on the different definitions and theories on innovation, as well as its relation with professional education or qualification. This literature review is accompanied, in turn, by a quantitative empirical study consisting of a survey directed to several companies that are part of the olive oil sector to observe results related to economic behavior such as competitiveness, productivity and export activity of the companies, finding a positive relation between these types of behavior and the levels of corporate innovation.
