[EN] The aim was to predict healthy habits through addiction to the Internet and social networks (RRSS) in secondary school students. The sample consisted of 101 students (73 girls and 28 boys) aged 13.18 ± 1.228 years. The results showed that increases in Internet and RRSS addiction cause decreases in physical activity (PA) [Beta = -0-271, p<0.01], PA-related quality of life (QoL) (Beta = -0.222; p<0.05), moods and feelings (Beta = -0.316; p<0.01) and QoL in school contexts (Beta = -0.332; p<0.01). Likewise, it produces increases in stress related to peers (Beta = 0.371 (p<0.01), to parents (Beta = 0.330; p<0.01) and in the intensity of distress related to family and friends. It is suggested, to continue investigating the effects of Internet and RRSS addiction on healthy habits.
