[ES] El presente proyecto Fin de Máster (TFM) presenta un programa basado en Mindfulness destinado al
alumnado de la tercera etapa de Educación Infantil (6 años), con la finalidad de prevenir o reducir el estrés que sufren en la transición de la etapa Infantil a Primaria. En primer lugar, se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica sobre la transcendencia del Mindfulness a lo largo de los años, así como de los numerosos
beneficios que aportan tanto su práctica como la incorporación en la vida diaria desde las edades más
tempranas. También se revisan los datos más relevantes en torno al estrés infantil y a la transición entre
etapas, así como la relación entre ambas. En cuanto al diseño del programa, está fundamentado en
actividades para conocer Mindfulness, además de enseñar al alumnado la importancia de vivir con atención y conciencia plena, desarrollando estrategias de autorregulación en situaciones de estrés, como es el caso del cambio de etapa.
[EN] This End of Master Proyect presents a Mindfulness-based program for students in the third stage of Early Childhood Education (6 years) in order to prevent or reduce the stress they suffer in the transition from the Early Childhood to Primary stage. In the first place, it shows a bibliographic review on the transcendence of Mindfulness over the years, as well as the numerous benefits that its practice brings and its incorporation into daily life from the earliest ages. There is also a tour of childhood stress and the transition between stages and their relationship between the two. Regarding the design of the program it is based on activities to learn Mindfulness, in addition to teaching students the importance of living with attention and full awareness, developing self-regulation strategies in stressful situations, such as the change of stage.
