After that we made a descriptive analysis of the results by comparing the two assessments, PRE POST, befare the training is done and after this training. The results showed sorne differences from the assumptions, in general this training could be told, based on the UMAM method and adapted for people with fibromyalgia it positively favors the cognitive processes of these people. Althougt these data, we should track in six months. lt could deepen on this theme in later investigations.
