DERECHOS HUMANOS Y GLOBALIZACIÓN: ANÁLISIS DE LOS DERECHOS DE LOS NIÑOS/AS

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se ofrece al lector una serie de teorías, reflexiones y conclusiones sobre los derechos de los niños/as como derechos humanos. Se partirá desde su hipotética universalidad junto con los problemas que surgen a raíz de los mismos desde una perspectiva multicultural. Serán analizados los dos textos jurídicos internacionales más importantes sobre derechos humanos centrándose uno de ellos, particularmente, sobre los derechos de los niños/as. No sólo será expuesta normativa internacional sino también española con el fin de brindarles protagonismo absoluto, así como hacer reflexionar al lector sobre la situación y el punto de vista que se tiene sobre los infantes y adolescentes a nivel global. [EN] This work offers the reader a series of theories, reflections and conclusions on the rights of children as human rights. It will start from its hypothetical universality alongside the problems that arise from them from a multicultural perspective. The two most important international legal texts about human rights will be analysed, with one focusing, in particular, on the rights of children. Not only international norms will be exposed but also Spanish, in order to give them absolute protagonism, as well as to make the reader to ponder about the situation and it´s point of view on children and adolescents rights at a global level.
