IDENTIFICACIÓN Y MEJORA DEL MAPA DE FLUJO DE VALOR EN UN TALLER DE REPARACIÓN DE MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL

Abstract

[ES] En el siguiente Trabajo Fin de Máster se realiza la observación, estudio y mejora del proceso de reparación de la pieza principal de un taller de reparaciones de maquinaria industrial. Para ello, se aplican distintas herramientas de Lean Management. En este sentido, se ha identificado el mapa de flujo de valor del proceso de reparación identificando aquellos despilfarros encontrados durante dicho proceso. A partir de aquí, se define cual debería ser el mapa del flujo de valor futuro y se diseña el plan de acción que debería implantarse basado en las herramientas de 5s y el mantenimiento productivo total con vistas a mejorar la eficiencia del proceso de reparación estudiado.

[EN] In the following Master's Thesis, the observation, study and improvement of the repair process of the main part of an industrial machinery repair shop is carried out. For this, different Lean Management tools are applied. In this sense, the value stream map of the repair process has been identified, identifying those wastes found during the process. From here, the map of the future value stream is defined and the action plan that should be implemented based on the 5s tools and total productive maintenance is designed with a view to improving the efficiency of the study repair process.
