Resumen
[ES] En las últimas décadas el avance hacia la iniciativa privada
desarrollada a través de los mecanismos de colaboración público-
privada en la esfera del empleo, ha configurado una nueva
realidad jurídica en el ámbito de la intermediación laboral en
España, causando así un giro en la legislación española donde la
intermediación privada retoma de nuevo un controvertido
protagonismo. Esta tendencia supone un punto de inflexión en el
marco de nuestras políticas de empleo puesto que constituye un
panorama legislativo que respalda y legitima la presencia de los
agentes privados de intermediación, sin y con ánimo de lucro, a
los que se le atribuye la responsabilidad de prestar los servicios
de colocación que hasta hace bien poco eran suministrados
exclusivamente por parte de los servicios públicos de empleo.
[EN] In the last decades the advance towards the private initiative developed through the mechanisms of public-private collaboration in the sphere of employment, has configured a new legal reality in the scope of labor intermediation in Spain, causing a turn in the legislation Spanish where private intermediation takes up again a controversial role. This trend represents a turning point in the framework of our employment policies since it constitutes a legislative panorama that supports and legitimizes the presence of private agents of intermediation, without and for profit, who are attributed the responsibility of provide placement services that until recently were provided exclusively by the public employment services.
