EDUCACIÓN EMOCIONAL COMO MEDIO PREVENTIVO DE ACOSO ESCOLAR EN EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA

Abstract

El presente programa de intervención tiene como finalidad prevenir el acoso escolar mediante la educación emocional. Se ha comprobado que el conocimiento y gestión de las emociones propicia un desarrollo integral del alumnado además de favorecer su autoestima y evitar conductas disruptivas hacia sus compañeros. El acoso escolar es un problema grave que ha crecido en los últimos años por eso, se hace necesario implementar programas de intervención desde los niveles primarios para prevenir posibles casos de acoso. Este programa se desarrollará en un grupo de segundo de Educación Primaria y las actividades planteadas tendrán como objetivo dar a los estudiantes herramientas útiles para conseguir una buena gestión de sus emociones.

The purpose of this intervention program is to prevent bullying through emotional education. It has been proven that the knowledge and management of emotions promotes a comprehensive development of the student in addition to favoring their self-esteem and avoiding disruptive behaviors towards their peers. Bullying is a serious problem that has increased in recent years; therefore, it is necessary to implement intervention programs from the primary levels to prevent possible cases of bullying. This program will be developed in a second group of Primary Education and the proposed activities will aim to give students useful tools to achieve a good management of their emotions.
