Revisión bibliográfica sobre los hábitos de higiene y autonomía personal en Educación Infantil: un estudio de 2012 a 2017

Abstract

Este trabajo responde a una revisión bibliográfica de artículos acerca de los hábitos de higiene y autonomía personal en Educación Infantil. Dentro de esta revisión, desde una perspectiva psicopedagógica, veremos la importancia que tienen a estas edades el aprendizaje y desarrollo de los diferentes hábitos que se llevan a cabo en edades preescolares, y el poste1rior análisis de las investigaciones y programas que se han llevado a cabo en relación con este tema. La etapa de Educación Infantil se considera la más importante para la adquisición, asimilació1n y aprendizaje de estos hábitos mediante rutinas, ya que, los niños y niñas a estas edades son verdaderos imitadores de los adultos que se encuentran a su alrededor y que están en continuo contacto con ellos. La inculcación de hábitos en este segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil ayuda al desarrollo moral, afectivo y social del niño y de la niña, así como también les facilitará el aprendizaje de diversas acciones en la vida diaria interiorizando dichos hábitos y finalmente adquiriendo una autonomía cada vez mayor en sus acciones.

This work reply to a bibliography revision of articles about hygiene habits and personal autonomy in Pre-school Education. lnside this revision, from psicopedagogica perspective, we will see the importance that have in this ages learning and developing the different habits that are carried out in preschool ages and of back test of the investigations and programs that they have been carried out in relation with this point. The period of Pre-school Education is considered the most important for purchase, understanding and learning of these habits by routines, since, the childrnn in this ages are reliable followers of the adults that are around it and that they are in continuous contact with them. The introduction of habits in this second cycle of Pre-school Education helps to the moral, affective and social development of the child and of the girl, as well as also it will facilitate to th1:!m the learning of diverse actions in the daily life internalizing the above mentioned habits and finally obtain an autonomy every time biggest in their actions
