CONTAR LA HISTORIA POR MEDIO DEL ARTE LA PINTURA HISTORICISTA COMO MATERIAL DIDÁCTICO

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo de fin de Máster en Profesorado de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de idiomas tiene como objetivo la realización de una propuesta didáctica de la asignatura de historia de España que, tomando como referencia la pintura historicista, tiene como centro el mundo de la imagen y la Cultura Visual. En ella se elabora una didáctica interdisciplinar entre Historia y Arte donde se emplean como recursos educativos las obras de arte. Este género pictórico se dedicó a exaltar los valores nacionales y a narrar hechos históricos. Por eso, la pintura historicista es la herramienta perfecta para narrar con imágenes cualquier periodo de nuestra historia y un excelente material didáctico. Definitivamente, la didáctica del futuro está dirigida hacia una didáctica transversal entre las disciplinas, que es lo que se propone en este trabajo, adquirir los conocimientos establecidos en el currículo de historia a través del arte.

[EN] The objective of thisMaster ́s Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education, Upper Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching final project is to carry out a didactic proposal for the subject of History of Spain. The essence of this subject is the world of image and visual culture, where historicist painting is the main reference. It is here that interdisciplinary didactics between History and Art is developed, using works of art as educational resources. This pictorial genre was dedicated to exalting national values and narrating historical events. For this reason, historicist painting is the perfect tool to tell through images any period of our history, as well as an excellent teaching material. Definitely, tomorrow’s education is directed to cross-cutting teaching between disciplines, which is what is proposed in this work: to acquire the knowledge established in the History curriculum through art.
