Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo pretende determinar cuáles son los factores de éxito para las cooperativas oleícolas jiennenses. Para ello, se han utilizado factores de éxito aprobados en otros estudios (nunca conjuntamente) y se les ha aplicado el método Delphi con un horizonte temporal de cinco años. Las variables a estudiar se han agrupado en once bloques: intraemprendimiento, marketing, aprovisionamiento, producción, I+D+i+d, RR.HH., finanzas, management, exportaciones y RSE, desde distintos puntos de vistas. Los resultados muestran que la tendencia que seguirán las cooperativas para los próximos cinco años será la de aumentar sus capacidades y superarse, lo que nos deja ver que el sector oleícola está empezando una revolución
[EN]This paper aims to determine the success factors for the Jiennese olive cooperatives. For this purpose, success factors approved in other studies (never together) has been used and the Delphi method has been applied with a time horizon of five years. The variables to study has been grouped into eleven blocks: intrapreneurship, marketing, procurement, production, R & D + i + d, RR.HH., finance, management, exports and CSR from different points of view. The results show that the trend that the cooperatives will follow for the next five years will be to increase their capacities and surpass themselves, which shows us that the olive sector is starting a revolution
