Abstract

El teletrabajo, un modelo prácticamente nuevo de trabajo para España, ha llegado para quedarse tras la pandemia ocasionada por la Covid-19. El teletrabajo se ha convertido en una herramienta esencial para las personas trabajadoras debido a la situación que estamos viviendo actualmente, pero: ¿es posible aplicar este modelo de trabajo en todas las profesiones?, ¿estaba España preparada para este cambio forzoso?, y lo más importante, ¿está el Trabajo Social capacitado para adaptarse a esta nueva situación? Gracia al nuevo marco normativo que ha implantado España para regularizar esta práctica, podemos asumir de una forma más clara qué es el teletrabajo y cómo poder llevarlo a cabo tanto para las empresas como para el personal que trabaja en ella

Teleworking is a new way of working here in Spain. It has arrived to stay here, also after the pandemic due to the disease of COVID-19. Working from home has become an essential tool to the working class, due to the situation that we are living in nowadays, but, is it possible to make use of this modality of work in all professions? Was Spain prepared for this type of forced change? And the most important, was the area of Social Work able to be adjusted to the new situation? Thanks to the new regulatory framework which has been instituted in the Iberian country, we are able to realise in a clear way Teleworking ́s meaning, and how execute it in different groups of enterprises, and how workers can apply for this variety of co-working, also how do they have to carry out this modality of work
