Abstract

El objeto de este estudio trata de visibilizar los problemas de inserción sociolaboral de las familias monoparentales desde la perspectiva de género de la realidad social concreta. Para así posteriormente, posibilitar tomar medidas que mejoren sus condiciones de vida, buscando estrategias para la mejora de la inserción socio laboral en el contexto rural de La Loma de Jaén tras conocer su situación. Tomando con ello, la inserción sociolaboral como eje promotor del desarrollo personal, social y profesional de estas madres y padres de familia.

The object of this study is to make visible the problems of socio-labor insertion of single-parent families from the gender perspective of concrete social reality. To enable them to take measures to improve their living conditions, seeking strategies to improve the socio-occupational insertion in the rural context of La Loma of Jaén after learning about their situation. Taking the socio-labor insertion as the axis that promotes the personal, social and professional development of these mothers and fathers.
