Resumen
[ES] La dirección estratégica de los recursos humanos poco a poco está adquiriendo un papel esencial en el mundo empresarial, debido a que ha pasado a ser considerada como fuente de ventaja competitiva. En el presente trabajo fin de grado hemos analizado la dirección estratégica de Mercadona mediante la identificación de conceptos como la misión, visión y la estrategia empresarial. Estudiando al mismo tiempo las distintas funciones (Formación, Reclutamiento y Selección, Retribución, Seguridad y Salud, Conciliación vida laboral y familiar) de recursos humanos llevadas a cabo en Mercadona con el objetivo de reflexionar a modo de conclusión si la dirección de recursos humanos de Mercadona puede ser considerada estratégica.
[EN] Strategic management of human resources is gradually becoming a vital role in the business world because it has been considered as a source of competitive advantage. In this project, we are analyzer the strategy management of the Mercadona, thought of the identifications of key concepts such as mission, vision and strategy. At the same time, we are study the human resource functions (training, recruitment and selection, retribution) which are developed in this company which the goal of reflection about whether we can conclude that resource management in Mercadona can be considerate strategic.
