Planificación financiera. Aplicación a un caso real: PRIMARK

Abstract

[ES] En el siguiente trabajo se van a desarrollar y argumentar las distintas fases necesarias para poder elaborar una planificación financiera. La planificación financiera es una pieza muy importante a la hora de establecer la estrategia a seguir por la empresa para poder lograr sus objetivos. En la elaboración de esta planificación se ha partido de datos reales de la empresa, siendo el objeto de estudio los últimos cinco años disponibles. Se ha recopilado información útil para el cálculo de los principales ratios y su interpretación, obteniendo así el conocimiento necesario para la elaboración de una previsión sobre los estados financieros que se esperan obtener durante los próximos cuatro años.

[EN] In the following work, the different phases necessary to prepare financial planning will be developed. Financial planning is a very important piece when establishing the strategy to be followed by the company in order to achieve its objectives. In the elaboration of this planning, real data of the company for the last five years available has been split, being the object of study the last five years available. The extraction of the useful information for the calculation of the main ratios and their interpretation has been carried out, obtaining the necessary knowledge to forecast the expected financial statements for the next four years.
