La importancia de la expresión corporal en educación primaria

Resumen
Este trabajo abarca, en primer lugar, los diversos problemas con los que los/as docentes se encuentran al planificar y desarrollar el bloque 3. “Actividades físicas artístico-expresivas” de la asignatura de Educación Física en las clases de Educación Primaria. En segundo lugar, incido en la gran cantidad de beneficios que aporta la Expresión Corporal al ser trabajada con el alumnado de esta etapa, así como las aportaciones de la música, y el baile para el desarrollo de este apartado. En tercer lugar, he realizado y llevado a cabo, en el aula, una propuesta didáctica para comprobar esos problemas que dificultan el desarrollo de este bloque, partiendo de mi nula experiencia en el ámbito de la Expresión Corporal. Planteo una metodología constructivista basada en la creación de una actividad-llave (la creación de una coreografía grupal), sobre la que se sustente el resto de actividades del proyecto.
This work covers, to begin with, the problems which the teachers find when planning and developing block 3. "Artistico-expresive physical activities" at physical education in primary education classes. Second, I deal with the wealth of benefits that brings the body expression being worked with students in this stage, as well as the contributions of the music, and the dance for the development of this section. Third, I have made and carried out in the classroom, a didactic proposition to check these problems hindering the development of this block, on the basis of my zero experience in the field of body expression. I will rise a constructivist methodology based on the creation of an actividad-llave (the creation of a choreography), on which the rest of project avtivities is based.
