(EN)Endometriosis is a condition or pathology where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside it, causing pelvic pain, inflammation, and sometimes fertility issues. This psychoeducational intervention program aims to improve the quality of life for affected women by training them in skills to control painful symptoms. The sample consists of 92 women aged 25 to 35, with similar sociodemographic characteristics and comparable symptoms. It is divided into two groups of 46 participants each: the experimental group will receive the intervention, while the control group will not. The training lasts for 6 weeks, with weekly sessions of one and a half hours. A notable improvement in symptoms and a greater understanding of the disease is expected, contributing to a significant enhancement in the participants' quality of life.
