Programa de Intervención en Optimismo e Inteligencia Emocional para Mejorar el Acoso Escolar en Educación Primaria

[ES] El presente trabajo muestra un programa de intervención centrado en dos fortalezas, el optimismo y la
inteligencia emocional, el cual va dirigido a una población, formada por estudiantes de 6º de Educación
Primaria, de centros educativos concertados de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía que se encuentren
inmersos en una situación de acoso escolar. El objetivo principal es comprobar la eficacia de un programa
de intervención centrado en optimismo e inteligencia emocional para mejorar el acoso escolar. Para ello,
se llevarán a cabo un total de 12 sesiones y se emplearán tres instrumentos. Para medir la variable
dependiente de acoso escolar se utilizará el cuestionario de Acoso y Violencia Escolar (AVE) y para medir
las variables independientes se empleará el Test de Orientación Vital en su versión para jóvenes (YLOT) ‐
para medir optimismo‐ y la Escala Rasgo de Metaconocimientos sobre Estados Emocionales (TMMS‐24) ‐
para evaluar la inteligencia emocional‐.
[EN] This work shows an intervention program in two strengths, optimism and emotional intelligence, which is aimed at a population formed by students of the 6th grade of Primary Education belonging to concerted educational centers of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, which are immerses in a bullying situation. The main objective is to check the effectiveness of an intervention program focused on optimism and emotional intelligence to improve bullying. For this, 12 sessions will be carried out, and three instruments will be used. To measure the bullying dependent variable it will be used the questionnaire of Bullying and School Violence and to measure independent variables it will be used the Youth Life Orientation Test to measure optimism and the Trait Meta‐Mood Scale‐24 for emotional intelligence.
