Resumen
[ES] El abordaje evitativo realizado socialmente sobre la muerte y la pérdida en infantes resulta en una compleja
conceptualización de la muerte, una invisibilización del duelo y, con ello, en el posible futuro duelo
patológico. La falta de información y de estrategias de afrontamiento se extrapola al ámbito académico con
implicaciones relevantes capaces de ser prevenidas. El objetivo principal de este proyecto se centra en instruir
al alumnado para enfrentar una posible pérdida a través de la resiliencia como estrategia de prevención. Para
ello se plantea esta propuesta de intervención destinada a alumnado de Educación Primaria en la que se
deconstruyen los mitos erigidos sobre la muerte, la pérdida y el duelo y se trabajan las características
resilientes (habilidades comunicativas, sociales y de resolución de conflictos y gestión emocional) para dotar
al alumnado de herramientas y estrategias que conformen su perfil resiliente y le preparen para afrontar la
adversidad.
[EN] The socially avoidant approach to death and loss in infants results in a complex conceptualization of death, an invisibilization of bereavement and, thus, in possible future pathological grief. The lack of information and coping strategies is extrapolated to the academic environment with relevant implications capable of being prevented. The main objective of this project focuses on instructing students to face a possible loss through resilience as a prevention strategy. To this end, this intervention proposal is aimed at students of Primary Education in which the myths about death, loss and bereavement are deconstructed and resilient characteristics (communication, social, conflict resolution and emotional management skills) are worked on to provide students with tools and strategies that shape their resilient profile and prepare them to face adversity.
