Resumen
[ES] EL objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar como la certificación de la Norma UNE-EN ISO 50001 sobre sistemas de gestión energética y la implantación de una nueva tecnología para obtener dicha certificación; afectan a la valoración de los subproductos del olivar, a los costes de producción de una almazara en particular y a las distintas variables del marketing.
[EN] The objective of this work is to analyze as the certification of the standard UNE-IN ISO 50001 energy management and his implementation of a new technology system to obtain this certification: they affect the valuation of by-products of the olive grove, to the costs of production of an olive press in particular and to the different variables of marketing.
