Análisis del empleo tras el estatuto de los trabajadores y las reformas laborales en España

Resumen
Con el tiempo, la economía española ha sufrido cambios
provocados por crisis económicas, financieras, etc. Los gobiernos
que ha habido en España han intentado combatir dichos cambios
para que no afecte al mercado laboral, para ello, han hecho
reformas laborales para luchar contra el desempleo, fomentar la
integración de la mujer al mercado laboral o incentivar la
contratación indefinida, entre otras cuestiones. En este trabajo
vamos a analizar la evolución del empleo segmentando la
población por edad, sexo, sector económico en el cual trabaja y el
número de contratos indefinidos o temporales que hay.
Para desarrollar este trabajo, hemos consultado los datos de la
Encuesta de Población Activa (EPA) del Instituto Nacional de
Estadística (INE).
El estudio nos ha permitido determinar cómo han afectado las
reformas laborales al mercado laboral español, también nos ha
permitido dar un resultado sobre cómo han afectado las
expansiones y recesiones a dicho mercado.
Over the years, Spanish economy have been various changes by economic crisis, financial, social and etcetera. The successive governments there have been in Spain have tried to prevent those changes lest affect among other things, the labour market, for it many labour reforms have been made to prevent unemployment, encourage the integration of women into labour market, encourage the indefinite hiring and etcetera. This essay will analyze the employment development segmenting the population by age, sex and economic sector in which they works and the number of indefinite contract or temporary that there. To develop this essay have been consulted the data provided by Active Population Survey (APS) of the National Institute of Statistics (NIS). Essay has made possible establish labour reforms have affected Spanish labour market, it has also allowed us give a result about how the various economic cycles have affected in this market.
