Familias monomarentales, madres víctimas de tráfico de personas con fines de explotación sexual

Abstract

Se realiza una revisión sobre el funcionamiento del tráfico de personas, abarcando una aproximación al concepto, fases y legislación a nivel internacional y nacional. Debido al estigma social y a la inequívoca percepción de la prostitución, se explica el motivo por el cual muchas de estas mujeres, que en muchas ocasiones son madres solteras, ejercen la prostitución como único recurso de subsistencia conocido por ellas. Profundizando más en la maternidad de este tipo de unidades familiares, se expone el desarrollo en la sociedad y los medios que les ofrece la administración y el tercer sector. Se refleja el actual sistema donde muchas mujeres y niñas son vulneradas por mafias que están actuando en un Estado de alegalidad en este tema, como lo es España. El objetivo de este estudio es visibilizar el colectivo con la intención de eliminar el estigma, dando paso al conocimiento que explica porque estás mujeres comercializan con sus cuerpos

A review of the operation of human trafficking is carried out, covering an approach to the concept, phases and legislation at the international and national levels. Due to the social stigma and the unequivocal perception of prostitution, the reason why many of these women, who are often single mothers, engage in prostitution as the only subsistence resource known to them is explained. Going deeper into the maternity of this type of family units, the development in society and the means offered by the administration and the third sector are exposed. The current system is reflected where many women and girls are violated by mafias that are acting in a state of illegality on this issue, such as Spain.
