LA IMPORTANCIA DE LOS RECURSOS HUMANOS EN EL ÉXITO EMPRESARIAL Y LA ESTRATEGIA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS EN GOOGLE

Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo fin de grado tiene por objetivo comprobar la importancia de los diferentes departamentos para el logro del objetivo empresarial, en concreto, el departamento de recursos humanos y las diferentes políticas que lleva a cabo. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio de una empresa real mediante la utilización del Método del Caso. La empresa elegida para ello ha sido Google, cuyas políticas de personal han revolucionado el panorama actual. Para llevar a cabo dicho estudio, se ha recopilado información, obtenida de diferentes libros, artículos, entrevistas de varios miembros de la compañía, de la propia web principal de la empresa y de otras webs relacionadas. Se ha comprobado la eficacia que tiene la utilización de una buena política de recursos humanos para alcanzar el éxito empresarial que se tiene por objetivo, así como una forma de incrementar el valor de la empresa en su conjunto. Para terminar, se ha realizado unas conclusiones sobre la investigación realizada y se han adjuntado una serie de anexos en los que se comprueba una de las políticas más conocidas de Google para motivar a sus empleados
[EN] This research has as objective to check the importance of the different departments to manage the business objective, in particular, the human resources department and the different policies that it carried out. For that, I have made a study of a real company by using of the Case Method. The company selected was Google, because his personal policies have revolutionized the current outlook. To carry out this research, I have collected information that it has got of different books, articles, interviews with some members of the company, of the own company’s main website and other websites related. It has proved the efficacy that the using of the good policy of human resources has to reach the success business that the company has as objective, as well as a form of increase the business’ value a whole. Finally, I have realized some conclusions about the research and it has added a series of annexes that one of the best-known Google’s policy is checked to motive his employees.
