SISTEMAS DE GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL: ERP-CRM

Abstract

[ES] Con la aparición de los primeros ordenadores, las formas de gestionar las empresas fueron evolucionando constantemente. Desde los cuadernos de notas, donde se apuntaba cada uno de los movimientos que había dentro de la empresa, hasta los software de gestión empresarial que tenemos en la actualidad. Este avance tecnológico, ha hecho que las empresas de hoy en día sean mucho más eficientes, y puedan adaptarse a las necesidades que el ser humano demanda con una rapidez vertiginosa. A través de este trabajo fin de máster, vamos a realizar una labor de investigación acerca de los principales software para la gestión empresarial, analizaremos sus componentes, el modo de funcionamiento, sus principales características, etc. Y terminaremos realizando una Unidad Didáctica, enfocada al alumnado de Formación Profesional.

[EN] With the appearance of the first computers, the ways of managing companies were constantly evolving. From the notebooks, where each of the movements within the company were written down, to the business management software we have today. This technological advance has made today's companies much more efficient and able to adapt to the needs that human beings demand with dizzying speed.Through this master's thesis, we will carry out a research work about the main software for business management, analyze its components, the mode of operation, its main features, etc.. And we will finish making a Didactic Unit, focused on Vocational Training students.
