Resumen
En el contexto de la visualización 3D inmersiva de escenarios reales o simulados, nos podemos
encontrar con dos enfoques diferentes, uno es la realidad virtual, en el que el usuario se introduce e
interactúa en un mundo completamente virtual, y otro es la combinación de dos tecnologías que
llevan bastante tiempo siendo ampliamente demandadas, la impresión 3D + Realidad Aumentada.
En este trabajo, se propone explorar este segundo enfoque generando una maqueta 3D que
represente un entorno natural, preparado para superponer mediante Realidad Aumentada
información relevante del modelo 3D previamente generado.
In the context of immersive 3D visualization of real or simulated scenarios, we can encounter two different approaches. One is virtual reality, where the user is immersed and interacts in a completely virtual world, and the other is the combination of two technologies that have been in high demand for quite some time: 3D printing + Augmented Reality. In this work, we propose to explore this second approach by generating a 3D model representing a natural environment, prepared to overlay relevant information onto the previously generated 3D model using augmented reality.
